SSRT protects linked accounts and persistent stats. Your CD key or profile appears to belong to another linked account, or conflicts with an existing ownership record.
Step 1
Reconnect with the correct account if you have one.
Step 2
Use the launcher CD-key fixer if this is an old/shared key issue.
Step 3
Contact admin if you believe this is an error.
